After the success of the previous editions, RICH Europe kindly invite applicants to Research Infrastructures calls 2026 to participate in the Proposal Check Workshop – 2026. The event will take place online on 1-4 June 2026.

What is it?
The Proposal Check Event is organized by RICH Europe, a network of Research Infrastructure National Contact Points (NCPs) that provides services across Europe with the aim of strengthening the European research infrastructure ecosystem. The event will take place online during the first week of June 2026, from 1st to 4th June.
Each consultation is tailored to the individual proposer and will take the form of a dedicated online session lasting up to two hours. Following a brief pitch by the proposer, evaluators will provide feedback on all sections of the Horizon Europe proposal Part B – Excellence, Impact, and Implementation. All information shared during the session will remain confidential. The service is free of charge for the proposers.
Who can apply?
The event is aimed at proposers who intend to submit proposal for the Horizon Europe Research Infrastructure 2026 Calls in the following destinations:
- HORIZON-INFRA-2026-DEV-01: Consolidation and evolution of the European Research Infrastructure Landscape
- HORIZON-INFRA-2026-EOSC-01: Enabling an operational, open and FAIR EOSC ecosystem
- HORIZON-INFRA-2026-SERV-01: Research infrastructures services to support a healthier future, a global climate and energy vision, a circular and resilient economy, and to advance frontier knowledge
- HORIZON-INFRA-2026-TECH-01: Next generation of scientific instrumentation, tools, methods, and advanced digital solutions of research infrastructures and fostering innovation and co-creation with industry
The Call Deadline is June 16th, 2026.
How to apply?
Proposers interested in applying must complete a registration process, which will be considered an Expression of Interest. Potential proposers to the Proposal Check Workshop have to follow these 2 steps and deadlines:
- Register at the event by 10th May 2026 at this link;
- Interested proposers will be contacted in May 2026 via email and asked to provide an advanced draft of their proposal (Part B including the budget) for their selected INFRA topic before May 17, 2026. Submission of this draft is a mandatory prerequisite for participation in the Proposal Check Event. Proposers who apply to participate in the event will undergo a case-by-case selection process. Selected proposers will be notified on their acceptance on May 25, 2026, at the latest.
The maximum number of proposals consulted will be 8.
