This form collects the information required to organise your ERC mock interview. Your answers will help us assign suitable panelists, schedule the session according to your availability and time zone, manage observers, and prepare a mock interview that reproduces real ERC conditions as closely as possible.
Panel composition and selection
Two experts (ERC grantees or former ERC panel members with thematic affinity) will conduct the mock. All panelists sign confidentiality and conflict-of-interest agreements with FECYT. You may suggest someone you consider an excellent panelist (name, affiliation and email). One of the two panelists may be invited based on your suggestion.
Conflicts of interest
If you have any conflict of interest with potential panelists (persons or institutions), please indicate it. Mentioning just the institution is sufficient. We will ensure that no conflicting panelist is invited.
Observers and participation in other mocks
You may authorise candidates from other domains to observe your mock. If you wish to observe other mocks, note that you cannot attend those from your own domain. Also, observing others implies agreeing to allow observers in your own mock when applicable.
Dates and availability
Mocks are planned for February. Please indicate any days in February when you are not available. If you have availability outside February (optional), you may specify it. If you do not live in the CET time zone, please indicate your time zone for coordination.
Documentation for preparation
To allow panelists to prepare, upload either the “Proposal-SEP-number” document or a single file containing: page 1 (General Information), Section C (Resources), Section 5 (Other Questions), B1 and B2. Maximum size: 10 MB. Please name the file using your acronym and panel (e.g., ACRONYM_SH2.pdf).
Confidentiality and data use
The inforation you provide will be used exclusively to organize and manage the mocks (panelist selection, scheduling, notifications). FECYT will process the data for organizational and contact purposes; by submitting the form, you consent to this use. If you need us to delete your data after the mock, please indicate it (we will proceed according to current regulations).
